Regional Sales Manager

Role & responsibilities

• Manage and mentor 35 TSMs/ASMs and own regional sales performance.
• Monitor team pipelines, sales targets, demos, conversions and onboarding.
• Drive field sales activities and generate leads across Bengaluru/Chennai.
• Identify and develop new micro-markets and business opportunities.
• Personally handle and close complex, multi-stakeholder B2B deals.
• Build and implement repeatable sales processes and city-level sales playbooks.
• Conduct regular performance reviews and provide direct coaching and feedback.
• Track revenue, demo quality, onboarding quality and customer retention.
• Work closely with internal teams to ensure smooth customer onboarding and service delivery.
• Take end-to-end ownership of regional revenue and business growth.

Preferred candidate profile

• 4+ years of experience in field sales, B2B sales or business development.
• Minimum 1 year of experience managing a sales team or city/region.
• Experience in SaaS, technology, PropTech, B2B or enterprise sales preferred.
• Proven ability to achieve sales targets and build scalable sales processes.
• Strong experience in lead generation, market expansion and territory management.
• Ability to independently close complex, multi-stakeholder deals.
• Strong team-management, coaching and leadership skills.
• Excellent communication, negotiation and presentation skills.
• Comfortable with extensive field travel and working onsite in Bengaluru/Chennai.
• Strong ownership and result-oriented approach.
