Regional Sales Manager

Role Overview:

The Regional Manager is a pivotal leadership role responsible for driving operational excellence and strategic growth within designated region- Karnataka. 

ndustries preferred:

• HVAC / Capital goods / Pumps /Heat Exchangers/ Cooling towers/ Industrial equipment

Education/ Experience

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, MBA could be an advantage.
• 5 to 7years of experience with 3-5yrs in a people leading role.
• Proven track record of achieving business growth 
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to travel within the region as required.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage a team of 3 members to ensure the successful execution of business strategies and achievement of regional targets.
• To handle sales activities of all Products of Werner Finley which includes oil, coolant and water chillers for process cooling.
• To lead and mentor a team size of 3 sales personnel based in Karnataka
• Develop and implement regional business plans that align with the company's overall objectives and growth strategies.
• To ensure high customer satisfaction with timely response on delivery of products and service
• Drive customer satisfaction and retention by ensuring high-quality service delivery and addressing customer feedback promptly.
• Foster a culture of high performance and accountability through effective leadership, coaching, and development of team members.
