Regional Sales Manager

Key Responsibilities (KRAs)

Sales & Business Growth

• Achieve primary, secondary, and tertiary sales targets for the assigned region
• Drive consistent revenue growth through effective forecasting and execution
• Develop and implement short-term and long-term sales strategies
• Identify and expand into new markets, channels, and territories

Distribution & Channel Management

• Plan and appoint Super Dealers and Sub-dealers
• Convert sub-dealers into super dealers and vice versa based on business potential
• Finalize and monitor secondary-to-primary sales ratios
• Categorize and develop chemists into Ortho-positive / Non-ortho segments

Team Management & Capability Building

• Lead, mentor, and manage a team of 10+ field sales professionals
• Ensure full manpower deployment as per approved organization structure
• Drive productivity, efficiency, and KPI adherence across the team
• Build strong field sales capability through training and coaching

Market Development & Influencer Engagement

• Develop relationships with Doctors, Physiotherapists, Hospitals, and Key Influencers
• Allocate and track promotional assets and activities
• Drive hospital business, institutional sales, and tender opportunities

Process & Systems Orientation

• Ensure accurate and timely reporting through SFA/CRM systems
• Monitor and improve data quality and reporting accuracy
• Implement structured business planning, SOPs, and review mechanisms

Product & Category Expansion

• Lead new product launches and category expansion initiatives
• Conduct market research and competitor analysis
• Identify growth opportunities across categories and geographies
