Regional Sales Manager

Location: Maharashtra
Experience: 10+ Years
Location Requirement: Candidates must be based in Maharashtra; no relocation candidates will be considered.
Industry: FMCG FMCG experience is mandatory.

Preferred Candidate Profile :
* 10+ years of experience in Sales, with strong experience in the FMCG industry
* Minimum 4 years of experience in a managerial/leadership role
* Mandatory experience handling the Maharashtra market
* Experience handling Maharashtra along with other states will be preferred
* Strong understanding of FMCG distribution networks, distributors, retailers, channel partners, and route-to-market operations
* Experience in driving primary & secondary sales, distribution expansion, and market growth
