Regional Sales Manager

Role & responsibilities

We are looking for a dynamic OEM Sales professional to drive sales growth for Terra91 building materials and steel product portfolio. The role focuses on developing and managing OEM clients across manufacturing and construction segments.

1. Drive OEM sales for steel and building materials product lines.
2. Identify, develop, and onboard new OEM customers in manufacturing and construction sectors.
3. Manage end-to-end sales cycle: lead generation, techno-commercial discussions, negotiations, and closures.
4. Build long-term relationships with key decision-makers in OEM accounts.
5. Collaborate with internal teams (manufacturing, supply chain, quality) to ensure timely delivery and customer satisfaction.
6. Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and pricing strategies.
7. Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
8. Provide accurate sales forecasts and reports to leadership.
9. Reports to P&L head

Preferred candidate profile

1. 4-10 years of experience in OEM sales (steel/building materials preferred).
2. Strong understanding of manufacturing processes and supply chain dynamics.
3. Experience handling B2B industrial clients.
4. Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
5. Willingness to travel as required.
6. Existing network within OEMs in construction, infrastructure, or manufacturing sectors.
7. Technical understanding of steel and structural building products.
