Job Profile

We are looking for an experienced *Regional Sales Manager (RSM)* based in *Indore* with strong experience in the *Paint, Chemical, Solvent or Turpentine industry*.

Candidate Requirements

* Minimum *15+ years of relevant sales experience* in Paints, Chemicals, Solvents, Turpentine or a related industry.

* Strong knowledge of the *Indore and Upcountry markets*.

* Must have hands-on experience in *dealer/distributor network development and market expansion*.

* Strong existing relationships with *dealers, distributors, retailers and key market players*.

* Ability to *appoint new distributors and develop a strong dealer network*.

* Proven track record of achieving sales targets and increasing market presence.

* Good understanding of *pricing, market competition, product positioning and sales strategy*.

* Strong communication, negotiation and team-handling skills.

* Candidate should be capable of independently handling the assigned region and developing new business opportunities.

Key Responsibilities

* Develop and manage the *dealer and distributor network* in Indore and upcountry area .

* Identify and appoint new distributors and dealers.

* Expand market reach and increase sales volumes.

* Maintain strong relationships with existing channel partners.

* Monitor competitor activities, market trends and pricing.

* Achieve monthly and annual sales targets.

* Develop and execute regional sales strategies.

* Ensure regular market visits and strengthen channel relationships.

Preferred Candidate

*15+ years of relevant experience with a strong dealer/distributor network and proven market presence in the Paint/Chemical/Solvent/Turpentine industry.*
