Roles and Responsibilities :

 Drive regional sales growth and market expansion

Build strong relationships with dealers, transporters & fleet owners

Lead and motivate a dynamic sales team

Develop and execute strategic sales plans

Track market trends & deliver actionable insights

Job Requirements :

• 5-10 years of experience in automobile industry or related field (dealer sales).
• Strong communication skills for effective interaction with customers at all levels.
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets through relationship building and negotiation techniques.
• Build strong relationships with dealerships, fleet managers, and other stakeholders to drive business development opportunities.
