Regional Sales Manager (Solar Division)

Role & responsibilities

• Develop and achieve regional sales targets for solar panels across Kerala.
• Identify, appoint, and develop EPC customers and solar system integrators.
• Build strong relationships with EPC decision-makers, project heads, procurement teams, and management.
• Generate new business opportunities and follow up on ongoing solar projects.
• Prepare and submit commercial offers, negotiate pricing, and close orders.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, pricing, and customer requirements.
• Coordinate with internal teams for quotations, order execution, deliveries, and payment follow-up.
• Maintain a healthy sales pipeline and provide regular sales forecasts and reports to management.

Preferred candidate profile

Candidates with Minimum 5 years experience in Solar Industry
