Regional Sales Manager- Punjab

Key Responsibilities

• Drive sales and distribution for the Jal Division a (Packages water) cross the assigned region.
• Identify new market opportunities and expand the reach of Jal products.
• Appoint and manage competent distributors/stockists to strengthen the supply chain.
• Achieve regional business objectives including sales, collections, and growth targets through effective leadership of ASMs & SOs.
• Train and guide the sales team on product knowledge, company policies, and sales guidelines.
• Conduct joint fieldwork with team members at retail and distributor levels to ensure strong market presence.
• Coordinate with Depot Head to maintain adequate stock levels and verify stock transfers.
• Collaborate with ZSM/GM for hiring and onboarding of ASMs & SOs.
• Ensure timely submission of tour plans, monthly reports, and expense statements for self and team.
• Review and monitor team performance, providing feedback and corrective measures.
• Build and maintain strong business relationships with distributors, retailers, and other partners.
• Organize training sessions for new employees as per company standards.
• Support marketing and promotional activities to enhance brand visibility in the beverages segment.

Qualifications

• Masters or Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Sales, or Marketing (preferred).
• 10-15 years of experience in FMCG/Beverages sales with proven regional management exposure.
• Strong leadership, communication, and analytical skills.
• Ability to manage large teams and deliver consistent business growth.
