About this role
Role Requirement RSM – Prime LAP
- Experience: 10–15 years of relevant experience in Loan Against Property. Prime (LAP) / Mortgage Sales
- Team Management: Strong experience in managing and leading sales teams is mandatory
- Market Knowledge: Must have strong and proven experience in the Chennai market
- Product Expertise: Hands-on experience in LAP sales, customer acquisition, channel management and business development
- Leadership: Proven ability to drive team performance, achieve business targets and manage the complete sales cycle
- Preferred: Candidates currently handling LAP / Mortgage products in Banks, NBFCs or Housing Finance Companies.
