Regional Sales Manager - LAP| Thane

Responsibilities

• i. Manage/achieve LAP portfolio mandate of Bank in terms of portfolio profitability and book increase
• ii. Increase/enhance Brand CSB in LAP market across various locations within State.
• iii. Managing key/strategic DSA relation and increasing sourcing of cases across State.
• iv. Ensuring productivity of LAP ASMs/SMs.
• i. Responsible to build/manage LAP portfolio in a partcular State/States.
• Ii. Responsible for managing acquisition of LAP through DSAs as well as Branch Channel
• iii. Ensuring LAP disbursement as per budgets for whole State
• iv. Ensuring revenue target for LAP in Sate/states.
• v. Manage all channels including SM/DSTs/Branch for sourcing LAP cases along with Customer life cycle.
• vi. Ensure cross sell of insurance and other liability products

Experience Range : 2 to 6 Years

Qualifications

Graduate (Any Specialisation)
