Regional Sales Manager (J&K,Punjab, Himachal, Chandigarh)

Key Responsibilities:

• Drive sales and distribution across the assigned region through the General Trade channel.
• Manage distributors, dealers, and key retail outlets to achieve monthly/annual sales targets.
• Expand market reach, numeric distribution, and product availability across the territory.
• Lead and motivate the sales team to deliver business objectives.
• Monitor secondary sales, stock levels, market trends, and competitor activities.
• Ensure effective execution of schemes, promotions, visibility, and merchandising.
• Build strong relationships with distributors and key trade partners.
• Track sales performance and prepare regular MIS/reports for management.

Candidate Profile:

• Graduate/MBA with 15+ years of FMCG sales experience, preferably in General Trade.
• Strong distributor management and team-handling skills.
• Good knowledge of the assigned market and retail ecosystem.
• Target-oriented, analytical, and strong in execution.
• Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned region.
