REGIONAL SALES MANAGER - Edible Oil

• - Develop and implement sales strategies for Maharashtra
• - Achieve regional sales and revenue targets
• - Develop and expand distributor/dealer network
• - Lead, manage and motivate the sales team
• - Monitor market trends, competitor activities and pricing
• - Develop new markets and strengthen existing business
• - Maintain strong relationships with distributors and key customers

Candidate Profile : -

• - 8-10 years of relevant experience in Edible Oil / FMCG Sales
• - Strong knowledge of the Maharashtra market
• - Excellent understanding of distributor, dealer, wholesaler and retail networks
• - Experience in handling sales teams and achieving regional targets
• - Strong leadership, communication and negotiation skills
• - Candidates with established contacts across the Maharashtra edible-oil market will be preferred
• - Willingness to travel extensively across Maharashtra

Qualification : -

• Graduate/MBA/ PGDM
