Role Overview

The Regional Sales Manager – Lab Solutions will be responsible for driving revenue growth, managing strategic customer relationships, and leading the regional sales team for the Diagnostics portfolio in the West region. The role requires strong leadership, strategic planning capabilities, and a deep understanding of laboratory diagnostics solutions, including clinical chemistry, immunoassay, and hematology systems.

Key Responsibilities

Sales & Business Development

• Achieve regional sales targets for laboratory diagnostics products and solutions.
• Drive business growth through strategic account management and new customer acquisition.
• Develop and implement regional sales strategies aligned with overall company objectives.
• Identify new market opportunities and expand the installed base of diagnostic systems across hospitals and diagnostic laboratories.
  
  

Team Leadership

• Lead, mentor, and develop a team of sales professionals across the region.
• Set clear performance targets and monitor team productivity and performance.
• Provide coaching, field support, and strategic guidance to enhance sales effectiveness and customer engagement.
  
  

Key Account Management

• Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders including hospitals, diagnostic laboratories, and key opinion leaders (KOLs).
• Manage high-value customer accounts and lead commercial negotiations to secure strategic business opportunities.
• Collaborate closely with service and application teams to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and long-term partnerships.

Preferred Experience

• Proven experience in the Diagnostics industry with exposure to laboratory solutions such as:
• Fully Automated Clinical Chemistry Analyzers
• Immunoassay Systems
• Hematology Analyzers
• Strong track record of achieving sales targets and managing regional business operations.
• Demonstrated experience in leading and managing high-performing sales teams.
