Regional Sales Manager - (Capital Equipments / Heavy Machinery)

Role & responsibilities

• Designation & Location: Regional Sales Manager Bangalore & South Karnataka (Base: Bengaluru, 5-Day WFO).
• Core Responsibilities: Drive revenue growth through dual channelsDirect B2B sales to industrial/EPC clients and Dealer Network expansion across South Karnataka.
• Target Industry Experience: Must have a proven track record in capital equipment, heavy machinery, gensets, power solutions, or heavy industrial systems (PCP pumps, heavy switchgear, industrial HVAC). (Components & consumables backgrounds strictly excluded).
• Portfolio & Scale: Minimum 15+ years of B2B sales experience with proven ownership of managing a 10 Cr+ annual portfolio and high-value project closures (unit ticket sizes 2.5L 80L).
• Channel Split: Strong experience handling dealer management (>50% channel focus) alongside direct key account management.
• Education & Languages: B.Tech / B.E. (Any discipline). Fluency in Kannada is mandatory for South Karnataka market coverage.

Preferred candidate profile

• 15+ years of experience in B2B direct sales, preferably in gensets, acoustics, power solutions, or capital equipment.
• Experience with technical sales, tenders, and contract management.
• Proficiency in CRM tools, MS Office, and data-driven sales analytics.
