Job Description Regional Sales Manager (RSM)

Department: Aftermarket Sales

Important Candidate Eligibility Criteria

Candidates will be considered only from the following target organizations:

• FMCG: Paints & Consumer Products
• Automobile : 2W OEM, AutoComp, Suspension Component

Mandatory Industry-Specific Experience:

• Candidates from the automobile industry must have hands-on experience in automotive spare parts sales.
• Candidates from FMCG companies must have hands-on experience in distribution sales and/or channel sales.
• Candidates from organizations outside the specified target list will not be considered.

Key Responsibilities

• Drive regional sales growth and achieve assigned sales targets.
• Manage and develop dealer, distributor, and channel partner networks across the assigned territory.
• Develop and implement regional sales strategies to increase revenue, market share, and distribution reach.
• Monitor sales performance, secondary sales, market trends, and competitor activities.
• Build strong relationships with dealers, distributors, and key stakeholders.
• Lead and support the sales team to achieve business objectives.
• Identify new business opportunities and strengthen existing channel partnerships.
