About this role
Role & responsibilities
Own Exotic Cut Flower sales for Lucknow and nearby districts including Ayodhya, Gorakhpur, Kanpur, Prayagraj, and Varanasi. Build long-term relationships with retail florists, wedding & event decorators, and regional distributors. This is a field sales role with regular travel across the region
What You'll Do
- Add new florist, decorator, and distributor accounts across the region.
- Visit customers regularly and grow repeat business by establishing self-sustaining feedback loop
- Take orders, forecast demand, and manage collections.
- Share market pricing and demand updates with the team
Preferred candidate profile
- 1-3 years of sales experience in perishables (FMCG, fruits & vegetables, dairy, or similar).
- Comfortable selling products that need to be sold fresh and fast.
- Fluent in Hindi/Awadhi and confident in customer negotiations.
- Willing to travel and manage a territory independently
Perks and benefits
Months 1-2: INR 15,000/month (Probation + Training)
Month 3 onwards: INR 25,000/month + Performance Based Commission
Travel and Stay expenses for work will be reimbursed by the company
