Location- Delhi, Hyderabad, Mumbai

Job Description

We are looking for an experienced Regional Sales Head Construction Finance to drive business growth and manage the Construction Finance portfolio across the assigned region.

Key Responsibilities:

• Drive regional business, disbursement, revenue and profitability targets.
• Develop and execute sales strategies for Construction Finance.
• Build relationships with real estate developers, builders and promoters and generate new business.
• Lead, manage and mentor the regional sales team to achieve targets.
• Develop and manage channel partner networks for business sourcing.
• Work closely with Credit, Risk, Legal, Technical and Operations teams for smooth transaction execution.
• Monitor portfolio quality, customer relationships, repeat business and early risk indicators.
• Track market trends and competitor activity to identify new business opportunities.
• Ensure adherence to internal policies, risk standards and regulatory requirements.

Ideal Candidate:

• 7–15 years of experience in Construction Finance / Developer Finance / Builder Finance / Real Estate Finance / Project Finance.
• Strong experience in real estate lending and business development.
• Proven track record of achieving sales/disbursement targets.
• Experience managing regional teams and channel partners.
• Strong understanding of real estate developers, construction projects and project cash flows.
• Excellent relationship management, sales and team leadership skills.
