Regional Repair Center Coordinator

Role & responsibilities

• Coordinate and follow up with all RRCs, including Kinfra, Jaipur, Telangana, Bangalore, and other RRC locations.
• Monitor repair status and ensure repairs and deliveries are completed on time.
• Coordinate with stores and RRC teams to resolve pending repairs and delivery issues.
• Take overall responsibility for RRC operations across all stores.
• Maintain regular communication with RRC teams, stores, IT, and other concerned departments.
• Provide clear and timely updates to the reporting manager on repair status, pending cases, delays, and critical issues.
• Prepare and share daily/weekly MIS reports, Excel trackers, pending reports, and performance reports.
• Escalate delays, operational issues, and critical pending cases with proper details.

Preferred candidate profile

• Experience in product/repair operations, data entry, or a related field.
• Good knowledge of MS Excel, data management, reporting, and system-based operations.
• Strong communication, coordination, follow-up, and reporting skills.
• Should be smart, proactive, responsible, and comfortable working with systems and data.
