Regional Operations

Role profile:

Conduct audit of all logged-in files (new and existing) covering document quality, credit approval terms, fees & charges, MOUs, etc.Perform data verification and quality checks as per defined audit standards.Respond to audit observations received from the Head Office/ Audit team.Handle data entry and end-to-end processing of Delivery Orders. Coordinate and support disbursement activities as per policy and documentation requirements.Update PDD including Invoice, ICN, RC, ROC, Asset Delivery Confirmation, etc.Responsible for accounts operations like inventories management, Advance monitoring, receipt data entry etc.Maintain all MIS reports on system bookings, verifications and payment and takes corrective actions in case of variations for the assigned areaTake overall accountability for compliance to legal procedures for background verification, statutory audit handling etc. for the assigned areaManage team through the establishment of goal setting and targets along with periodic reviews to achieve the objectives of the functionEnsure adequate training of team members to be able to handle market dynamics and meet the requirements of the customers Provide guidance, counselling and feedback to subordinates on their performance to ensure a motivated and committed team
