Regional Marketing

Position description: Regional Marketing | Competitor information and market intelligence|RFQ management|Contribution Improvement and Share of businesses | Complaint resolution

Primary Responsibilities:

• Support in creation of region growth plan for 5 years to increase existing revenue from 2X
• Collect and collate data for go to market strategy for existing products and technology with existing and new customers aligned to account or customer strategy
• Map critical relationships in the account
• Understand customer needs and suggest solutions across business vertical to Lead Regional Marketing
• Manage RFQ generation and conversion key accounts
• Collate information on competitors presence within the account
• Track any critical changes in the personnel of the account
• Support in generating RFQs for targeted potential D list from the assigned account and ensure conversion of the same
• Manage RFQs responses and conversion for assigned account within timelines
• Prepare business case for price correction with the customer
• Support Lead RM in maintaining customer relationships wherever necessary to maintain or increase the existing SOB share of business
• Manage critical customer complaints and ensure timely resolution by coordinating with other departments Quality Production PPC Engineering etc with the help of Lead RM
