Regional Manager

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage MSME / Business Loan business across the assigned region.
• Drive business growth, disbursement, portfolio quality and profitability.
• Lead and manage Branch Managers, Sales Managers and Sales Teams.
• Develop market, DSA, connector and channel relationships for sourcing.
• Ensure quality sourcing, credit discipline and adherence to company policies.
• Monitor PAR, delinquency, collection and portfolio performance.
• Drive customer acquisition, cross-sell and portfolio expansion.
• Conduct regular branch/market visits and review team performance.
• Coordinate with Credit, Operations, Collections and Risk teams for smooth business operations.
• Ensure achievement of regional targets and maintain strong team productivity
