Role & responsibilities

• The role will be responsible for recruiting Branch Manager and soliciting business through their natural market.
• Responsible to grow the business in their respective districts
• Having experience in Handling Min 1-2 Districts.
• A team of Branch Manager will report to the role
• Will be responsible for the top-line and bottom-line targets for the geographies mentioned above
• Will be responsible for achieving renewal targets for the Channel

• Preferred from agency with Life insurance Experience

• The candidate should be localized to their respective districts
