Regional Manager

Role & Responsibilities

• Drive business development, sales growth, and revenue expansion across the designated region for engineered quartz surfaces and luxury interior product lines.
• Specify and promote products directly with architects, interior designers, real estate developers, top builders, and commercial contractors.
• Identify, onboard, and manage regional distributors, dealers, and key channel partners to expand retail and project footprints.
• Lead, mentor, and monitor the performance of the regional sales team to ensure consistent achievement of targets and KPIs.
• Map market trends, competitor activity, and emerging luxury design demands to adapt regional sales strategies.
• Manage high-value project pipelines, commercial negotiations, payment collection, and post-sales support.

Preferred Candidate Profile

• Experience: 8-15 years of proven sales and business development experience within Building Materials, Quartz/Natural Stones, Ceramic Tiles, Sanitaryware, Interior Surfaces, or allied architectural products.
• Network: Strong, active connections with leading architecture firms, interior design studios, real estate builders, and distribution channels within the region.
• Skills: Expertise in spec-selling, B2B sales, key account management, channel partner expansion, and team leadership.
• Education: Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (MBA preferred).
• Mobility: Open to frequent travel throughout the assigned territory.
