Job Responsibilities:

• Manage and monitor multiple branches across the assigned region.
• Drive business growth and achieve regional targets.
• Lead, motivate, and manage branch/cluster teams.
• Monitor portfolio quality, collection efficiency, PAR, SMA and NPA.
• Ensure effective customer acquisition and retention.
• Monitor branch performance and take corrective actions wherever required.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, processes, and regulatory guidelines.
• Conduct regular branch visits and review business and operational performance.

Candidate Profile:

• Minimum 10 years of relevant experience in the Microfinance sector.
• Strong experience in branch/cluster/regional handling.
• Proven experience in team leadership and business development.
• Strong understanding of JLG / Group Loan business preferred.
• Good knowledge of portfolio management and collections.
• Strong communication, leadership, and analytical skills.
• Candidates with experience in the respective region will be preferred.
