Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Regional Manager to oversee multiple large-scale pharmaceutical warehouses across South India, with responsibility for regional operations, P&L management, client relationships, project execution, and regulatory compliance.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end operations across multiple large-scale pharmaceutical warehouses throughout South India.
• Ensure compliance with pharma warehousing standards, GDP guidelines, SOPs, FEFO, and inventory management practices.
• Manage regional P&L, budgets, operating costs, productivity, and profitability.
• Handle client coordination, business reviews, escalations, and SLA compliance.
• Lead new warehouse setups, project implementations, transitions, and process improvements.
• Oversee manpower planning, team performance, and operational KPIs.
• Conduct warehouse visits, operational audits, and performance reviews across the region.
• Prepare MIS reports and drive continuous improvement initiatives.

Required Skills & Competencies

• Multi-warehouse and large-scale warehouse operations management.
• Mandatory pharmaceutical warehouse experience.
• P&L management and cost optimization.
• Client relationship and stakeholder management.
• Project execution and team leadership.
• Knowledge of pharma compliance, batch tracking, expiry management, and FEFO.
• Strong communication, analytical, and decision-making skills.
• Willingness to travel extensively across South India.

Candidate Requirements

• 1020 years of relevant experience in warehouse operations, logistics, or supply chain management.
• Graduation required; MBA or specialization in Supply Chain Management preferred.
• Proven experience in pharmaceutical warehousing, regional operations, client management, and financial performance.
