Role & responsibilities

Key Responsibilities

The responsibilities will be similar to the Latin America role, with specific focus on:

• Developing secondary sales and product movement through existing distributors.
• Driving repeat orders and stock liquidation.
• Introduction and Upselling of new formulations
• Identifying new business opportunities across private, institutional and tender segments.
• Developing new distributor partnerships and opening new countries within the assigned region.
• Managing KOL relationships and developing country-specific RTM/CNE/scientific engagement programs.
• Supporting distributors with market development and promotional strategies.
• Driving new product and new pack introductions.
• Monitoring competitor activity, pricing, market trends and emerging clinical nutrition opportunities.
• Developing regional forecasts and ensuring achievement of business plans.

Preferred candidate profile

• Strong business-development orientation, not only order-taking/export coordination.
• Comfortable working directly with distributor owners, sales teams, marketing teams and healthcare professionals.
• Strong commercial understanding of private market, institutional and tender business for the assigned region.
• Able to analyse sales, stock, monthly movement and market potential and convert this into actionable plans.
• Willingness to travel extensively across assigned countries.
• Strong communication, negotiation and distributor-management skills.
• Ability to work independently and take ownership of regional business targets.
