Responsibilities

• Prepare and deliver Annual Operating Plan (AOP) in line with companys business/growth plan like, but not limited to, recruitment, COGs and OPEX budget, subcontractors, spares planning etc.
• Deliver targeted % gross margin for the geographies, responsible for.
• Ensure 100% technical and operational (safety, electrical, environmental etc.) compliances applicable for the state(s).
• Drive OM contract finalization with customer as well as subcontractor and ensure delivery of contractual obligations throughout the term of the contract.
• Customer relationship interaction, meeting, reporting, grievance redressal
• Vendor management development, render service(s) as per agreement, timely payment
• Represent state(s) in various review forums internal as well as external
• Be responsible for ensuring safe work environment
• Drive implementation of all initiatives related to EHS, performance improvement, cost optimization including the one planned at a Corporate level
• Face the various audits as required and applicable
• Host and facilitate site visit, as applicable, by the customer, visitor, Government officials e.g. but not limited to Labor Officer, Electrical Inspector etc.
• Travel intra-state or inter-state to support other site/s as required
