• Drive farmer engagement and crop planning aligned with market demand
• Manage commodity procurement planning and execution
• Build and manage FPO/PACS, aggregator and off-taker networks
• Develop sustainable supply programs across multiple commodities
• Drive end-to-end market linkage and profitable trade execution
• Lead regional teams and coordinate with multiple stakeholders
• Monitor market intelligence, procurement volumes and supply chain efficiency
