Regional Manager - Healthcare Furniture , Kolkata

Roles and Responsibilities

• Drive sales and business development of medical furniture products across assigned states.
• Work aggressively on the field, meeting clients, conducting demos, and understanding market dynamics.
• Achieve and consistently exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
• Develop and execute strategic regional sales plans aligned with overall business goals.
• Build, manage, and mentor a high-performing sales team; provide training, guidance, and performance feedback.
• Establish strong relationships with hospitals, healthcare institutions, dealers, and decision-makers.
• Conduct regular market research and competitor analysis to stay ahead in the industry.
• Provide detailed and timely reports to the President and AVP of the Healthcare Vertical.
• Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and ensure targets are met regionally.

Desired Candidate Profile

• 8-12 years of experience in B2B sales or regional management in the medical equipment industry.
  
• BE in Any Specialization or equivalent qualification; MBA preferred but not mandatory.
  
• Proven track record of success in managing key accounts, developing new business opportunities, and driving revenue growth through effective relationship-building skills.
