Regional Manager/Head

Roles and Responsibilities :

• Manage daily branch operations, ensuring efficient deposit processing, customer service, and sales performance.
• Oversee the overall operations of multiple branches within a region, identifying areas for improvement and implementing strategies to increase revenue growth.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, employees, and partners to drive business success.
• Analyze financial data to optimize resource allocation and improve operational efficiency.

Job Requirements :

• 12-20 years of experience in banking or finance industry with expertise in branch management or operations management.
• Proven track record of achieving targets related to deposits, insurance sales, mutual fund sales, etc.
• Strong leadership skills with ability to manage teams effectively across multiple locations.
