Regional Manager-Group Business | Life Insurance

We have an urgent openings for the position of Regional Manager-Group Business in one of the leading Life Insurance Company.

• Develop and execute strategies to acquire retirement fund business from corporate clients in key, mega, and PSU segments
• Build and maintain strong relationships with decision-makers in MNCs, Indian companies, banks, and public sector organizations.
• Identify and capitalize on business development opportunities within Group Fund products.
• Generate qualified leads for other LOBs like Group Term Insurance, Group Fund and NPS, to support cross-selling efforts,
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding and service delivery.
• Achieve assigned sales targets and contribute to overall business growth in the region.
• To ensure the team identifies and builds relationships with key influencers decision makers, influencers etc
• Lay down clear sales stage development plan for every customer with the respective sales resource by ensuring every minute details being adhered to.
