Regional Manager - Business Development (ETF & Index Funds)

Position: Regional Manager - Business Development (Passive)

Key Roles & Responsibilities :

• Strong experience in Passive Investment Products (ETF & Index Funds).
• Drive sales and AUM growth for Passive products across assigned regions.
• Build and manage relationships with MFDs, RIAs, Banks, National Distributors, and Channel Partners.
• Execute product campaigns, NFO launches, and regional sales initiatives.
• Identify and onboard new distribution partners to expand business reach.
• Conduct product training and workshops for Sales Teams, RMs, and distributors.
• Monitor regional performance through MIS, dashboards, and sales analytics.
• Coordinate with Operations, Compliance, and Technology teams for seamless transaction execution.
• Develop distributor-specific solutions and resolve operational/process-related issues.
• Strong understanding of Mutual Fund distribution, capital markets, and passive investment products.
• Excellent stakeholder management, relationship-building, communication, and business development skills.
