Key Responsibilities

• Drive brand acquisition and advertising revenue across the assigned region.
• Lead, mentor and manage a team of Brand Partnership / Ad Sales professionals.
• Build relationships with brands, agencies and senior marketing stakeholders.
• Own the complete sales cycle prospecting, pitching, negotiation and closure.
• Develop customized solutions across Digital, OOH, DOOH, activations, sampling and on-ground campaigns.
• Drive new business, repeat revenue, upselling, cross-selling and strategic partnerships.
• Own regional revenue targets, sales pipeline and team performance.
• Track key metrics including revenue, conversions, deal size, client retention and account growth.

What We’re Looking For

• Strong experience in Ad Sales / Media Sales / Brand Partnerships / B2B Sales.
• Proven track record of achieving revenue targets.
• Team handling and leadership experience.
• Experience working with brands, advertisers, agencies or marketing teams.
• Strong negotiation, presentation, consultative selling and relationship-management skills.
• Experience in Digital, OOH/DOOH, AdTech or Experiential Marketing is a plus.
