Key Responsibilities:
Drive revenue growth and achieve regional business targets.
Build, mentor, and develop high-performing teams comprising Branch Managers (BMs), Agency Leaders (ALs), and advisors.
Strengthen the SUD Life brand and maintain strong stakeholder relationships across the organization.
Ensure quality business sourcing and adherence to business quality parameters.
Design and implement region-specific initiatives to improve team productivity and customer engagement.
Lead recruitment, onboarding, training, and development of agency sales teams.
Develop strategies to drive business through effective activity management and product mix optimization.
