Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented Admission Manager to drive student admissions, lead conversion, outreach, and market development. The role will involve managing the admissions team, strengthening regional outreach, and ensuring achievement of admission and conversion targets.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the admissions and counselling team to achieve defined enrolment and conversion targets.
• Develop and execute admission and lead-conversion strategies for the assigned geography.
• Drive lead follow-up, counselling, conversion and enrolment through effective sales processes.
• Plan and execute ATL/BTL outreach activities, including school/college visits, seminars, education fairs, career counselling sessions and other promotional initiatives.
• Develop strong relationships with schools, colleges, counsellors and other key stakeholders in the assigned region.
• Monitor and improve the complete lead-to-admission funnel, identifying gaps and implementing corrective actions.
• Ensure effective utilization of CRM for lead tracking, follow-ups, reporting and team performance monitoring.
• Work closely with Digital Marketing and Branding teams to support lead-generation campaigns and improve lead quality and conversion.
• Analyze local market and geographical trends, competitor activity and student demand to strengthen outreach plans.
• Track team KPIs, prepare regular performance reports and ensure achievement of assigned targets.
• Coach, mentor and motivate the team to improve productivity and conversion performance.

Key Requirements

• Around 10 years of relevant experience in admissions, lead conversion, education, EdTech or a related sector.
• Proven team handling and leadership experience.
• Strong understanding of the assigned geography and regional market.
• Strong experience in sales outreach and ATL/BTL activities.
• Hands-on exposure to CRM and lead management systems.
• Basic understanding of digital marketing and lead-generation campaigns.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal and negotiation skills.
• Confident, target-oriented and proactive personality.
• Strong relationship-building and stakeholder-management skills.
• Experience in the education industry will be preferred.
• Early joiners preferred.

Preferred Profile

Candidates with experience in Higher Education / EdTech / University Admissions / Student Recruitment / Education Sales & Outreach will be preferred.
