Regional Manager - Academics

The Regional Manager Academics & Support will oversee academic quality and operational support across preschools in the region.

Key Responsibilities:

• Implement and monitor academic curriculum and programmes across assigned centres.
• Guide preschool staff on instructional and teaching best practices.
• Ensure adherence to academic standards and processes.
• Conduct regular centre visits and review classroom performance.
• Analyse academic performance data, identify trends and drive improvements.
• Recommend improvements in teaching and learning processes.
• Coordinate training programmes for teachers and support staff.
• Address academic and operational concerns raised by centres.
• Collaborate with central teams to implement new academic initiatives.
• Maintain strong communication with school/centre leaders.
• Provide timely feedback and ensure consistent, high-quality preschool experiences across all assigned centres.
• Handle and manage regional teams effectively.
• Travel frequently across the region for centre visits and reviews

Preferred candidate profile

• Strong background in Educational Management and Education, with experience overseeing multiple centres or schools.Proficiency in implementing and monitoring academic programmes.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills with teachers, school leaders and central teams.
• Strong analytical skills to review academic performance data, identify trends and drive improvements.
• Bachelors or Master’s degree in Education or a related field; specialisation in Early Childhood Education is an advantage.
• Experience in preschool or K–5 academic coordination, training or school administration is highly beneficial.
• Proven experience in team handling and people management.
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
• Commitment to maintaining high academic and operational standards
• Ability to work independently in an on-site regional role.
• Willingness to travel frequently across the region
