Roles and Responsibilities

• *To check all the mails & reply them
• *To supervise the activities of CNF & get the desired output from CNF staff as per SOP & give guidance to CNF to achieve company objectives
• *To keep a track of daily physical inward
• *To keep a track of inwards physically received & GRN done in system
• *To inform Yokohama HO on the pending GRN &support CNF to sort out the problems in pending GRNs
• *To keep a track of dispatches done & pending dispatches.
• *To send the daily reports like, Inward report, outward report, pending GRN report with reasons, pending dispatch report with reason.
• * keep a track on shortage, excess & damaged material & inform Yokohama HO on immediate basis & follow up till the issue is sorted out
• * Take a lead in stock take by distributing the responsibilities at the time of stock take.
• * To ensure the route planning & better consolidation for dispatches to save on transportation cost
• * Prepare the required transport related data, billing data & any other such report required by Yokohama HO
• * To track all dispatched shipments till the delivery to end customer & revert with daily TAT report to Yokohama HO
• * To communicate to CNF & Yokohama HO on all the inbound, outbound & delivery related queries
• * To ensure proper accounting of Imprest amount & reconciliation
• * CNF & transport vendor bill checking as per contractual terms & conditions
• * making preparation for Internal & External audits
• * filing of documentation as per Audit rules

Skills Required

1) person should be of high intergirity, dedicated & should have good analytical attitude towards the day to day activities

2) Person should be very Good in written & oral english/Hindi & Local langauge.

3) Person should be able to work under pressure & give the output

4) person should have a vision on forecasting the problems & it's solutions

5) through knowldge on Warehousing operations & Transportion

6) Person should have handled High volume transactions in his tenure

7) Person should be extremely good in MS office like EXCEL,Power point & Word

8) Person should possess working knowledge of SAP/BC.
