Regional Language Voice Process Executive

We are hiring candidates for a Voice Process role who are fluent in any one of the following regional languages: Marathi, Gujarati, or Bengali.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle inbound and outbound customer calls.
• Assist customers with queries and provide relevant information.
• Maintain call records and ensure customer satisfaction.
• Follow up with customers and coordinate with the internal team.

Requirements:

• Fluency in Marathi, Gujarati, or Bengali.
• Basic Hindi communication skills.
• Good listening and communication skills.
