Regional Human Resource Manager

Roles and Responsibilities

• Ensure compliance with company policies, labor laws, and regulatory requirements during the entire recruitment cycle.
  
• Manage end-to-end recruitment process for senior management positions across AP Region.
  
• Develop and implement effective talent acquisition strategies to attract top candidates.
  
• Collaborate with business leaders to understand their hiring needs and develop job descriptions.
• Should be able to do frequent branch visits in AP Region by managing end to end life cycle.
  
• Conduct interviews, assess candidate fit, and make recommendations for new hires.
  
• Partner with business leaders to align HR strategy with business goals.

• Drive organizational change initiatives and support cultural transformation.

• Identify training needs and facilitate learning and development programs.
• Lead succession planning and talent review processes.
• Collaborate with centers of excellence (e.g., compensation, benefits, L&D).
