Role & responsibilities

1. Responsible for Recruitment and onboarding of personnel.
2. Responsible for Attendance and leave management.
3. Responsible for Implementation of the contract labour system.
4. Responsible for Ensuring statutory compliances.
5. Responsible for Handling industrial relations (IR) issues.
6. Responsible for Managing responsibilities of CCs sales offices within the region.
7. Responsible for Budget preparation and implementation.
8. Responsible for Asset management.
9. Responsible for Conducting employee induction programs.
10. Responsible for Addressing employee grievances.
11. Responsible for Facilities management.
12. Responsible for Obtaining and renewing licenses and permits.
13. Responsible for Liaison with government authorities and external stakeholders.
14. Responsible for Interaction with visitors, government officials, and local community representatives.
15. Responsible for Supervision of housekeeping, security, and related services.
16. Responsible for Canteen management.
17. Responsible for Security management and coordination.
18. Responsible for Preparation and submission of MIS reports.
19. Responsible for Handling employee transfers, loans, and issuing promotion letters.
20. Responsible for Managing disciplinary actions as per ID Act and company policies.
21. Responsible for Implementation and monitoring of EHS (Environment, Health & Safety) initiatives.
22. Responsible for Effective implementation of company policies and procedures.
