Regional Human Resource Manager

Talent Acquisition (TA):

• Drive end-to-end recruitment for frontline, mid-level, and leadership positions.
  
• Manage regional hiring plans in alignment with business targets.
  
• Handle bulk hiring, lateral hiring, and strategic manpower planning.
  
• Coordinate with recruitment partners, consultants, and internal stakeholders.
  

Talent Management (TM):

• Manage employee lifecycle including onboarding, performance management, and career development.
  
• Identify high-potential employees and support succession planning.
  
• Drive engagement, retention initiatives, and capability-building programs.
  
• Support training needs analysis and execution in coordination with L&D.
  

HR Operations & Compliance:

• Ensure smooth execution of HR policies, SOPs, and statutory compliance.
  
• Handle employee relations, grievance management, and disciplinary processes.
  
• Oversee payroll coordination, attendance, leaves, and exit management.
  
• Ensure compliance with labor laws and internal HR audits.
  

Business HR Partnering:

• Act as a strategic HR partner to regional business leaders.
  
• Support organizational restructuring, productivity improvement, and cost optimization.
  
• Provide HR MIS, dashboards, and analytics to management.
  

Key Skills & Competencies

• Strong knowledge of TA, TM, and HR Operations
  
• Experience in NBFC / BFSI / Financial Services preferred
  
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
  
• Ability to handle multi-location operations
  
• Hands-on, solution-oriented, and result-driven approach
