Regional Human Resource Executive

Job Summary

We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic HR Fresher to join our Regional HR team in the Microfinance business. The candidate will support day-to-day HR recruitment , onboarding to exit activities across the assigned region.

Key Responsibilities

• Support recruitment and onboarding activities for branch and field-level employees.
• Coordinate with branches regarding manpower requirements and joining formalities.
• Maintain employee records and HR documentation.
• Assist in attendance, leave and employee-related queries.
• Coordinate with Branch Managers and Regional/Area Managers on HR-related matters.
• Assist in employee grievance handling and resolution.
• Support HR MIS and regular reporting.
• Travel to branches within the assigned region as and when required.

Candidate Profile

• Fresher with a degree/MBA/PGDM in HR or a related field.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Basic knowledge of MS Excel and MS Office.
• Willingness to travel within the assigned region.
• Good coordination and problem-solving skills.
• Comfortable working in a field-oriented microfinance environment.
