Regional Human Resource Executive

Roles & Responsibilities :-

We are looking for an experienced Regional HR professional to manage end-to-end recruitment for sales hiring across the Ahmedabad region.

• Source candidates through job portals, consultants, references, and other recruitment channels.
• Coordinate with business heads and regional sales managers for manpower planning and hiring requirements.
• Conduct initial HR screening, salary negotiations, and joining formalities.
• Ensure timely closure of sales positions within defined TAT.
• Manage onboarding, documentation, and employee engagement activities.
• Track recruitment MIS, attrition reports, and hiring dashboards.
• Build strong talent pipelines for high-volume sales hiring.
• Ready to travel across the assigned region for recruitment drives.
