Regional HRBP

Role & responsibilities

• Plan & execute appropriately the HR functions and activities adhering to Regional HR budget drawn up at beginning of Financial year received from HO HRD
• Personnel administration for the Region: Maintaining and updating database and records of regional employees, maintenance of registers and disciplinary processes, joining, exits, etc.
• Ongoing review of all existing systems Manpower Planning, Recruitment, Performance Management, Training & Development, Succession & Career planning, Welfare activities, Personnel administration, HR automation, Employee relations & communication, Separations, disciplinary procedures for the region
• Orienting employees to company policies, procedures, develop role clarity and strengthen interpersonal relations through Periodic communiqus and Programs.
• Ensure compliance of appropriate statutory procedures..
• Review and communication with branches and RO on contract Manpower, HR policies, newsletter, employees, statutory compliances, etc. Also various motivational and welfare activities for the Region.
• Travelling to the Branches that will be allocated in Bihar region.
