Regional HRBP

Manage HR activities for the Deoghar region with primary responsibility for bulk hiring and regional HR operations. The role requires strong stakeholder management, recruitment capability, employee coordination and willingness to travel extensively. Approximately 70% of the position will focus on bulk hiring and 30% on HR operations.
