Role & responsibilities

Coordinate the complete employee onboarding process

Manage HR activities throughout the employee lifecycle

Coordinate employee engagement activities, events, celebrations

Coordinate training programmes

Collect, verify, and submit accurate monthly payroll inputs

Coordinate with external vendors to ensure timely statutory compliance

Coordinate the employee separation process from resignation to final settlement

Preferred candidate profile

MBA with HR specialisation.

Minimum 6+ years of work experience in HR

Preferably from Healthcare
