Role & responsibilities

• Strong Recruitment Knowledge: Proven experience and understanding of end-to-end recruitment processes.
  
• Willingness to Travel: Must be comfortable with regular travel as part of job responsibilities.
  
• Excellent Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication abilities.
  
• Training Support: Should be capable of providing training to new joiners whenever necessary.
  
• Branch Visits: Must be available to visit branches at least 2 days per week to ensure smooth operations and coordination.
