• Manage end-to-end recruitment process for Sales & Marketing roles across multiple locations in India.

• Lead a team of recruiters to ensure timely delivery of high-quality hires.
  
• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements and develop job descriptions, interview questions, and evaluation criteria.
  
• Analyze metrics to measure recruitment performance and identify areas for improvement.
