Role Snapshot

Key Competencies Required Strong experience in Talent Acquisition and end-to-end recruitment across sales, corporate, and support functions.
Hands-on exposure to HR Business Partnering, employee lifecycle management, and stakeholder management.
Experience in driving Performance Management System (PMS), goal-setting, reviews, and talent discussions.
Ability to conceptualize and execute employee engagement, retention, and culture-building initiatives.
Strong understanding of HR policies, employee relations, and grievance handling.
Excellent communication, relationship management, and business partnering skills.
Ability to work closely with business leaders to drive people agenda and organizational effectiveness.

Key Result Areas (KRAs) –

Manage end-to-end hiring requirements for the South region and ensure timely closure of positions.
Partner with business leaders on manpower planning, workforce challenges, and talent initiatives.
Drive performance management processes, including goal setting, mid-year reviews, and annual appraisals.
Lead employee engagement and retention initiatives to enhance employee experience and productivity.
Ensure smooth execution of employee lifecycle processes and adherence to HR policies.
Monitor key HR metrics and provide actionable insights to business and HR leadership.
Support organizational development and talent management initiatives across the region.
